Tennis is an international game which is liked in almost all the courtiers of the world.

There are many clubs courts and other places in the public sector in most of the towns and cities which reserved for playing tennis. These clubs are organized by social bodies and different matches and tournaments are also conducted      

The thing to remember is always to avoid playing tennis when you are ill or injured. Also, remember to warm up your body part like muscles and joints before you start playing or hitting a tennis ball. Also, try to maintain a suitable capability level.
